As President and founder of Steadfast Design Builders, Brandon brings more than 18 years of construction experience and proudly served in the United States Army. He oversees all aspects of the business, including estimating, project management, quality control, and field operations. Brandon's leadership ensures every project is completed with the highest standards of craftsmanship, professionalism, and customer satisfaction.
Jennifer manages the company's financial operations, administration, contracts, compliance, and client communications. She helps ensure projects run efficiently behind the scenes while supporting business development, certifications, and overall company operations.
Trent assists with project coordination, drafting, 3D renderings, material procurement, and client support. His technical skills help bridge design concepts with construction execution, providing clients with clear visualizations throughout the planning process.
